IP tests
All necessary tests to guarantee a safe and reliable use of our products are carried out and documented in the ESCHA test lab. For example IP-tests to safeguard dust- and water tightness.
We can carry out standardized IP-test-procedures according to IP65, IP66, IP67, IP68 and IP69 on our test stands.
Climate tests and temperature shocks
Connectors can be exposed to different climatic conditions. There are huge differences between trains in Siberia or wind turbines in the desert.
We are able to simulate different climate zones between -80°C and +220°C to ensure a durable signal- and power transmission with our connectors even in cold or hot weather as well as high humidity.Shock and vibration
Despite high mechanical stresses like vibration or shock, but also in drag-chains or under torsional loads, uninterrupted signal transmission and a long lifespan are a matter of course for us.
Thanks to our own test bench for shock and vibration, we ensure that ESCHA connectors keep in contact even under stress.

Through various tests in our in-house high-frequency lab, we ensure a stable and durable data transmission. ESCHA connectors have data transmission reserves with which you can cover tomorrow’s requirements today.
Type tests
We carry out type tests independently, in which our products are put through their paces in accordance with the IEC standard. Our standard connectors have to pass several tests one after the other.
We can carry out the type tests in-house and are therefore quick and flexible. Thus, we also guarantee you a high level of reliability and durability.
