Rail-approved valve connectors
With its valve connectors specifically developed for the railway market, ESCHA offers a compact, fully overmolded solution designed for maximum safety, durability, and compliance with standards. With full certification according to DIN EN 45545-2 (fire protection) and DIN EN 50155 (shock, vibration, and mechanical stress), users benefit from a product that not only meets technical requirements – but also significantly simplifies the entire approval process.
Fire protection included – no extra effort
ESCHA’s valve connectors are made from halogen-free materials with optimized flammability characteristics. They meet the most stringent requirements of DIN EN 45545-2, including Hazard Level categories HL1 to HL3. No need for manual calculation or verification of flammable mass – the product is pre-qualified for railway-specific fire safety requirements.
Certified for High Demands
The fully overmolded housing offers reliable protection against shock, vibration, and environmental influences. An integrated LED status indicator facilitates diagnostics and maintenance. Combined with railway-approved cables, the solution provides high abrasion resistance, flexibility, and resistance to weathering.
